I am writing to you in reference to Suzette Baker and the outstanding service she provided to me in helping me to purchase my home.
I recently purchased a home in Pico Rivera in March of this year and am very happy with the purchase that I made, thanks to the assistance of Suzette. She worked diligently with me beginning in September, up to the time I made my final decision.
I met Suzette by calling her office in reference to a home that I was interested in. I left a message on the answering service and Suzette returned my call and regretfully explained that the home was already in escrow. However, she proceeded to offer her assistance to me by asking what I was interested in, price range and location(s). From the beginning, I felt comfortable with Suzette and never felt that she was pushing me to make a sale. As a result, I decided that she would be my agent and help me purchase a home.
Suzette worked patiently with me to find the home that I felt was perfect for me. She continuously notified me of homes in the areas I was interested in and worked around my schedule to show me the various homes. She always kept in mind the price range I could afford. In addition, she went above and beyond by responding quickly to any homes I located on my own. I would call Suzette and tell her that I just passed by a home in such-and-such area and she would immediately call the realtor to set up an appointment for us to see the home.
Furthermore, Suzette continuously explained the process of buying a home - how much I needed to put down, how much I could afford, closing costs, having the seller pay all or a portion of closing costs, depending on how the offer was written up and other important factors on purchasing a home.
After purchasing my home, Suzette continued to call me and assure, that if I had any questions about the purchase of my home, any papers that I signed in escrow process, or any questions about the immense amounts of mail I was to receive in the mail immediately following the purchase, she would be more than happy to explain and help me with those matters.
In my opinion, Suzette is an excellent agent and I am very happy that she sold me my first home. I would be more than happy to speak with anybody who would like additional reference on the assistance she provided to me.
